2022 Maxilator Debris Grapple

The Maxilator Farm Debris Grapple; today’s largest compact track and skid steer loaders can lift over two tons and have as much as 120 horsepower. To match these tough machines Maxilator now offers a 72-inch Ultimate Duty Debris Grapple.

Features may include:

The Maxilator Farm Debris Grapple was designed for maximum structural integrity. When it comes to clearing, construction and demolition it has no equal. Its bucket and claws are made from half inch sheet steel and 3/16” tubing that are welded with advance pulse wave technology using 0-4-5 wire and purity tested welding gas.

Maxilator left no detail unchecked, laser cut foot holds make getting in and out of your loader safe and stable. 3000 p.s.i. hydraulic cylinders have 1-1/4”hardened chrome shafts that provide up to 2280 pounds of clamping force. Cylinders are protected by metal shields. Hydraulic hoses are rated at 5800 p.s.i. and are wrapped in nylon sleeving then routed through the Debris Grapple’s frame for maximum protection.

Grapple claws are hinged on one and 1-1/4” pins with recessed grease zerks for easy maintenance.

Just like all Maxilator products the Debris Grapple is coated in our signature red and black Plascoat finish.

The Maxilator Ultimate Duty Debris Grapple is available with skid steer and compact track loaders, and tractors with Euro Global and John Deere front end loaders.
